Restaurants should own their guests, their data and their margins. OwnTheTab gives a restaurant one system for the whole cycle, from the first click to the kitchen ticket to the next visit, so it stops renting all of that from marketplaces and a pile of separate tools.
OwnTheTab was built inside Pazza Pizza, a Chicago restaurant group. We were paying for separate tools for online ordering, marketing, staff scheduling and POS, and none of them shared the same guest record. So we started building one system to replace them, and we run our own restaurants on it first. OwnTheTab is that system, made available to other restaurants. We test every feature in our own kitchens before we offer it to anyone else.
